OTpilot is the AI-powered patient-care documentation for medical supply stores — the first digital colleague that joins the patient consultation, transcribes live and proactively asks follow-up questions when something is missing. It fills in your own forms for patient care: intake form, anamnesis, measurement sheet, fitting protocol.

Where is patient data processed?

On a server in Germany, ISO-27001-certified data centre, GDPR Art. 9 for specially protected patient data. OTpilot strictly separates: a US AI helps us one-time to make a new template "intelligent" (without ever seeing patient data); once the template is in place, the entire care documentation runs exclusively on a local AI model on our own server. Patient data never leaves for the US.

Which ERP systems are integrated?

As of today nothing is fully plug-and-play. In the works (access and instructions in place, some pilot stores already testing): only TopM san6 — the industry ERP most of our pilot stores use. Everything else sits on the workbench: we can build, but we need the first user to tell us which features they specifically need. Instructions ready, immediate start: Odoo, KumaVision healthcare365, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Stripe, DATEV, Lexware, sevDesk, HubSpot, Salesforce, Mailchimp, Brevo, WhatsApp Business, Shopware, Shopify, Asana. Instructions to be obtained jointly from the vendor: opta data od|flow, Acriba, SaniVision, manufacturer order systems (medi, Bauerfeind, Ofa, Juzo, Ottobock) and the Fior & Gentz configurator.

What does OTpilot cost?

Three plans per seat, net: €69 per month (cancellable monthly), €588 per year (= roughly €49 per month, around 29 % cheaper), or individual enterprise from 200 seats. All interfaces and the form studio in every plan. Co-building (polls, feature requests, roadmap influence) applies to all customers. Seats are freely reassignable within the team — when someone leaves, the seat can be assigned to a successor at no extra cost.

Is OTpilot a medical device?

No. OTpilot is a digital colleague, not a decision-maker — it does not diagnose. Every completed care documentation is reviewed by expert staff before release and signed off audit-proof with two separate touch signatures (patient + staff). MDR-compliant via expert-staff release.
