Jeder Anbieter im Datenpfad — Transkription, KI-Verarbeitung, Hosting — muss uns ein aktuelles C5-Testat des BSI nachweisen, ohne Ausnahme. Das Audio wird nicht gespeichert, Patientendaten gehen nie in die USA.

Welche ERP-Systeme sind angebunden?

Als Erstes: TopM san6 — das Branchen-ERP, das die meisten unserer Pilot-Häuser nutzen; erste Pilot-Häuser testen schon. Alle weiteren Systeme — ERP, Hersteller-Tools, Buchhaltung, Office, Shops — binden wir individuell an: Sprechen Sie uns an, wir finden gemeinsam eine Lösung.

OTpilot kostet 420 € netto pro Mitarbeiter und Jahr (entspricht 35 € im Monat), jährliche Abrechnung, 12 Monate Laufzeit. Daneben gibt es OTpilot plus (Preis folgt in Kürze) und OTpilot enterprise auf Anfrage — z. B. eigene Server-Instanz oder DHX als Middleware für EKGs, Holdings und Verbünde. Co-Building (Umfragen, Feature-Vorschläge, Roadmap-Einfluss) gilt für alle Kunden.

Jede ausgefüllte Versorgungsdokumentation wird vor Freigabe von einer Fachkraft geprüft und mit zwei getrennten Touch-Signaturen (Patient + Mitarbeiter) revisionssicher abgeschlossen. MDR-konform durch Fachkraft-Freigabe.
