The price per user drops automatically as soon as your team reaches the next tier — no negotiation, same for everyone.

All prices net. The tier applies to every user on your account — with 26 users you pay €30 for each of them, not just the twenty-sixth.

Co-building applies to all OTpilot customers, regardless of tier or billing. Here's how it works: you have a wish button in the app, or you simply call us. Your wish becomes a feature poll that pops up for all OTpilot users, explained in one sentence. Everyone votes yes or no. If the majority says yes, we build the feature for everyone at no charge. If it's mostly no, the idea goes to our backlog for quieter weeks. If you don't want to wait, we're happy to quote it individually and your team gets the feature earlier and exclusively.
