The process is remarkably simple.

Step 1

Record the patient consultation.

Start the recording and talk with your patient. Say measurements and details out loud — like a colleague taking notes for you. While you provide care, OTpilot fills in the required forms. Your attention stays fully with the patient.

• Your patient-care forms — your own PDF, not a generic template. You adapt them directly in the OTpilot form studio.
• Multilingual — German is the default; further languages are enabled on request and verified separately before use. The documentation is always produced in German.
• Offline recording — as an installed web app it works without internet, e.g. in hospitals or in the field. Processing runs automatically once the device is back online.

Take a measurement, write it down, measure again, write again — while keeping an open ear for the patient? That is exactly the loop the recording ends.

Step 3

Sign and finish.

Patient and technician sign directly on screen. Done — the document is stored digitally and secured under GDPR Art. 9.
